1. Put on SILHOUETTE PANTS tights
2. Wrap yourself in cosmetic foil to create a sauna effect and enhance the penetration of active ingredients.
3. Leave for 30 to 60 minutes.
4. Remove the cosmetic foil and then remove the SILHOUETTE PANTS tights.
5. Massage the remaining active ingredients into the skin using circular motions until completely absorbed.
